What Is Your Cancellation and Refund Policy?

Our coaching session is very important to me. I reserved time, especially for you. I understand life happens, and you may need to cancel or reschedule, and that's okay. Please cancel or reschedule your coaching session at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting time.

Single Coaching Session

  • Please cancel or reschedule your coaching session at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting time.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of our coaching session, and if you don't want to reschedule, can receive a 100% refund. Please notify us in writing if you want a refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of our scheduled time and you don't want to reschedule can receive a 50% refund. Please notify us in writing if you want a refund.

  • Coaching session ‘no shows’ will not receive a refund. You can, however, reschedule the session. In other words, if you don’t show up to our coaching session and don’t notify us in writing or cancel/reschedule in advance, we consider that a ‘no show.’

  • You may cancel or reschedule by sending an email to queen@bizcoachqueen.com or using the appropriate link in your meeting invite.

Coaching Packages

  • Please cancel or reschedule your coaching session at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting time.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of our coaching session, and you don't want to reschedule, can receive a full 100% refund on the current booked session and the remaining unused or unbooked coaching sessions. Please notify us in writing if you want a refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of our scheduled time and you don't want to reschedule can receive a partial 50% refund on the booked session and a 100% refund on the remaining unused or unbooked coaching sessions. Please notify us in writing if you want a refund.

  • Coaching session ‘no shows’ will not receive a refund for the booked coaching session. You can, however, reschedule the session. In other words, if you don’t show up to our coaching session and don’t notify us in writing or cancel/reschedule in advance, we consider that a ‘no show.’

  • If you are unsatisfied with our coaching services and want a refund on the remaining unused or unbooked sessions, please notify us in writing.
