I went through much spiritual and personal growth in my entrepreneurial journey. Success is 90% mental and 10% action. I learned that the hard way when I used to self-sabotage my business and let the negative self-talk run rampant in my mind. I've failed plenty of times; however, I got back on track and learned from my mistakes.
I use a holistic approach when working with clients. It can be an uphill battle of impossibilities and failures if you don't believe you can or lack confidence in your ability to be a successful entrepreneur.
